New Guest Services

All new guest services are truly personalized to your specific hair needs + goals. Every visit comes complete with an in-depth consultation, elevated amenities, scalp massage, relaxing hair cleansing experience, hot towel with aromatherapy, custom shear work, followed by at-home upkeep education and styling. Subsequent appointments with recommended upkeep will fall under existing client pricing and timing.

Receive a curated haircut experience that fits your specific hair needs & goals. We'll go over cut options that, not only work with your overall appearance, but cater to your lifestyle and level of desired maintenance. Spend your chair time sipping on a seasonal cocktail with your favorite tv show or spotify station playing in the background. This is your opportunity to relax (or take that mid-morning team meeting) while I take care of you!

Haircut Experience

This is great if you just need a quick freshening up. It may include touching up your roots from an all over color or popping in some brighter dimension right around the hairline. You'll also receive a curated haircut experience that fits your specific hair needs & goals. If it's been more than 8 weeks since your last professional color, please choose the maintenance sesh.

This is perfect if you're looking to maintain your current dimensional color with maybe a few tweaks. We'll target mainly the hair from ears to crown, forward. We can freshen up your regrowth, balance out brassiness or uneven highlights or add some depth in your dimensional color. This is also ideal for color newbies or someone who is looking to transition from dark to light over a few sessions. You'll also receive a curated haircut experience that fits your specific hair needs & goals. If it's been more than 12 weeks since your last professional color, please choose the mega sesh.

This is for the ultimate transformation. We're focusing on your overall head of hair to refresh dimensional color that has long since grown out or you're looking to make a significant impact on your level of brightness or depth. If your hair is super thick and/or past your elbows in length - this is for you. You'll also receive a curated haircut experience that fits your specific hair needs & goals. If it's been more than 6 months since your last professional color, please choose this sesh.

A digital consult is a great way to make sure we're on the same page about, well.....everything! It ensures that the appointment you request is the appropriate service for your hair goals and allots enough time to get it done. It also helps see if we are a good fit for one another and truly customize your experience!

Pre-Visit Experience

POLICIES AREN'T FUN OR SEXY TO TALK ABOUT, BUT I BELIEVE IN TRANSPARENCY AND THINK IT'S CRUCIAL THAT WE BOTH KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, SO LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS -

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of my clients I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. I truly understand that life happens & I appreciate your ability to communicate in a timely manner so that I can accommodate other clients that are on my waitlist. For last minute cancellations or appointment changes there will be a rebooking fee of 50% of your missed services that will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

"No Shows", or appointments that are missed without any notice, will incur a rebooking fee of 100% of your missed services that will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Any NEW client who no shows will not be allowed to book future appointments.

No Shows

This appointment is solely yours. As all appointments are scheduled to your personal needs, you are unable to swap out who is attending this appointment. Any attempt on this matter will be subject to the No Show policy. You will incur a rebooking fee of 100% of your missed services that will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Any NEW client who no shows will not be allowed to book future appointments.

Appointment Exclusivity

Services for clients arriving late will either be adapted to fit the remaining time without adjustment to original services requested pricing and a Late Guest fee will apply. If the originally requested services cannot be performed or adapted due to remaining scheduled time available, the client will be given the option to reschedule for a fee of 20% of all requested scheduled services, in addition to a Late Guest fee. All haircut experiences are considered late after 5 minutes and color services after 15 minutes. This fee will apply to every 15 minutes thereafter until client's arrival.

Late Arrivals

I want you to love your hair! If you are having challenges with your cut & color utilizing the proper homecare I've recommended, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. No refund will be issued.

Refunds

Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, let’s find something better! To initiate a product exchange at full credit, simply notify me within 7 days of your initial purchase and return the retail item at your next appointment.

Product Exchanges

Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together and your overall experience, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals. You're distracted and I'm working with a moving target - point blank, it's a hot mess. Arranging childcare prior to your appointment will help you relax and ensure the best possible results.

While we all love a good support system, let's keep the entourage at home. My studio space offers a more intimate experience and I want you to be able to truly enjoy yourself.
